What does a Hostinger WordPress plan include?
Every Hostinger WordPress plan includes one-click WordPress installation, a free SSL certificate, and access to the hPanel control panel. Higher tiers add more websites, storage, a free domain, daily backups, and a WordPress staging environment. The top-tier Business plan includes 200 GB NVMe storage and supports up to 100 websites—relevant once you manage multiple client projects.
Which Hostinger plan should a beginner choose?
For a single site, the Premium plan ($2.99–$3.99/month on introductory pricing) hits the right balance. It includes a free domain for the first year, 100 GB storage, and unlimited bandwidth. In our testing across client onboarding setups, most beginners never outgrow the Premium tier until they add WooCommerce or heavy media content—at which point the Business plan’s staging environment earns its keep.
How do Hostinger plans differ from managed WordPress hosting?
Hostinger’s WordPress plans are optimized shared hosting, not fully managed hosting like Kinsta or WP Engine. That means you handle plugin updates and security monitoring yourself, or lean on plugins to automate them. The tradeoff is price: Hostinger costs a fraction of managed alternatives, which makes it the right starting point when budget is the primary constraint. Once a site generates revenue, upgrading to managed WordPress hosting becomes worth evaluating.
One thing most guides don’t mention
Hostinger’s hPanel includes a free CDN via Cloudflare integration on all plans, but it is not enabled by default. We see this overlooked on dozens of client sites. Enabling it takes two clicks inside hPanel → Performance → CDN, and it measurably reduces TTFB for visitors outside your server’s primary region.
